Framed Embroidery
I love to make framed embroidery art out of my antique linen. To me, it looks especially lovely when paired with antique French ticking. The ticking is taken from old mattresses. As a textile, these fabrics are highly sought after and valued. I have to say, it is always difficult for me to part with any of these French tickings, as they are exceptionally beautiful and hard to find.
